The culture is values-based, people-focused, and committed to operational excellence, compliance, and leadership development.Position SummaryThe Vice President of Human Resources is a senior executive leader responsible for setting and executing the organization's human capital strategy. This role partners closely with the executive team to ensure HR functions support compliance, scalability, workforce engagement, and leadership excellence across a complex healthcare environment. The VP of HR will modernize HR operations through automation and technology while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.Vice President of Human Resources Role:Serve as senior executive leader responsible for the organization's human capital strategyPartner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team on all HR mattersDevelop and execute enterprise-wide HR strategies aligned with organizational goalsLead organizational change initiatives, including growth, restructuring, and process transformationEnsure full compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific employment regulationsOversee HR policies, audits, credentialing, background checks, and employee relations risk mitigationMaintain strict confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee and organizational informationLead the optimization and automation of HR operations using UKG HRISEnsure accurate HR reporting, data integrity, and use of analytics to support decision-makingPartner with IT and operations to streamline workflows and improve efficiencyDesign and implement leadership development programs at all levelsOversee performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiativesDevelop strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent in a competitive healthcare labor marketLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-site HR teamFoster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvementSupport a values-based, mission-driven healthcare organization across multiple Texas locationsVice President of Human Resources Background Profile:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field10+ years of overall leadership experience in Human Resources5+ years in executive-level HR leadership (VP, AVP, or Director reporting to C-suite)Prior HR leadership experience within healthcare environments, including:Hospital systemsSkilled nursing or long-term care facilitiesHome health or community-based care organizationsStrong working knowledge of UKG HRISDemonstrated expertise in:Healthcare HR compliance and regulatory environmentsHR process automation and technologyOrganizational development and leadershipChange management and process improvementExperience supporting large, multi-location or high-volume workforcesPreferred: Master's degree and/or professional HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP)Background in mission-driven or service-oriented organizations preferredFeatures and Benefits of Client:Health Benefits and Long-Term DisabilityPTO, Sick Days, and HolidaysFree ParkingCasual DressCorporate Break Room
