Parking AttendantKraft Sports and Entertainment - Foxborough, MA 02035Salary Range $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly Position Type Part Time Education Level High School Diploma or Equivalent Category ParkingDescriptionEfficiently park event customer cars in a quick, safe and courteous manner. Provide directional support to parking patrons prior to, during and subsequent to an event exit.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEfficiently and safely direct traffic within Gillette Stadium parking lots while delivering excellent customer service.Provide customer service by being familiar with Gillette Stadium parking lots and operations, courteously assisting customers by answering any questions they may have.Enforce tailgating and general parking policies with customersControl traffic in designated area as neededReport any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Lot Supervisor and/or Area SupervisorCommunicate debris, water, oil spills and etc. to Lot Supervisor and/or Area SupervisorSpecial projects and assignments as business dictates.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilitiesSkills and QualificationsHigh School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to take directionAbility to effectively communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workersAbility to direct traffic using equipment providedPhysical DemandsAbility to stand for long periods of time (8+ hours)The employee frequently is required to talk or hearThe employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and armsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functionsWork EnvironmentA dynamic, complex fast-paced environment requires that each individual truly seek to learn and understand from others.
