District ManagerSciens Building Solutions is seeking a District Manager who is a positive change agent and can drive high customer satisfaction, while leading Division teams in multiple locations, along with a back-office staff to support Divisions that are experiencing exciting growth. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has experience managing multiple locations in the fire alarm and security industry and is ready to assume ownership of a district management role, while being part of a vibrant national You'll Be Doing (and doing well!)Lead and manage multiple Sciens Divisions/ and implement a strategic growth strategy in line with company objectives.Responsible for developing annual budgets and achieving revenue and profitability targets.Manage Profit and Loss statement of each Division.Support achievement of cashflow and NWC targets.Manage and achieve operations performance, including achievement of key metrics.Responsible for building a high-performance culture to include annual performance reviews and development for efficient asset management, such as inventory and company service vehicles.Responsible for manpower planning, staffing, and employee and customer satisfaction targets.Communicate with customers, employees, vendors, and partners to achieve annual targets.Responsible to ensure all employees embrace the safety culture and comply with all safety We Like About YouMinimum of five years of experience in a District Management role within the fire and security industry.Proven track record of growing a business as a District Manager.Ability to effectively communicate to a diverse group of individuals, including company leadership, employees, regional staff, customers, and vendors.Strong, positive team builder with leadership ability.Knowledge of current fire alarm and/or security systems.Proficient in NFPA codes and standards.Strong understanding of Profit and Loss statements and key financial drivers.Ability to attract, develop, grow, and retain a team.Professional business, engineering or equivalent degree.Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.Valid driver's license.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.What We're Bringing to the TableCompetitive salary based on time off plan and holidays.401(k) term and long-term disability.Medical, dental, and vision plans with options.Life insurance.Professional career development opportunities.Tuition reimbursementCompensation$200,000 - 250,000.00 annually, depending on experience
