Pay: $33-$40 per hour (Actual pay will be based on experience, skills and internal equity) Location: Ceres, CA The Role The Inside Sales Representative 3 (ISR 3) is a senior subject-matter expert who contributes beyond individual execution through mentoring, problem-solving, and process improvement. What You'll DoServe as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and emailPrepare, review, and manage quotes and orders within ERP systemsProactively manage open orders to ensure delivery, accuracy, and follow-throughCommunicate clearly and early when issues, changes, or risks ariseCollaborate closely with sales, vendors, and internal teamsHandle increased complexity, non-standard requests, or higher-risk situationsServe as a product, process, or customer-segment resource for others Education & TrainingHigh school diploma required; college credits desired; technical/mechanical emphasis. preferred. Experience6+ years experience in an inside sales support, customer support, order management, or technical customer service, with demonstrated expertise in complex customer situations ,deep product / process knowledge, and experience serving as a resource for others.Equivalent experience to progression from ISR 2 may be considered.Experience in the hygienic/sanitary process equipment industry, preferred.
