Role Description We are seeking a Director of Sales and Business Development for a full-time, on-site position based in Sunnyvale, CA. The role involves driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, overseeing sales operations, managing business development strategies, and unlocking new market opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, fostering client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in alignment with Shodat’s commitment to innovation and excellence. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations to drive revenue and meet business growth objectivesStrong skills in Customer Service to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and loyaltyExperience in Team Management, including hiring, training, and developing a high-performance sales teamExtensive knowledge and experience in Business Development to identify, pursue, and close new opportunitiesExcellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication abilitiesProficiency in leveraging CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and optimize processesBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plusExperience in technology-driven industries, particularly Automotive, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain, is a strong advantage
