Trade Desk Analyst

Summary:CSG Investments, the investment subsidiary of Beal Bank USA, is actively seeking a Trade Desk Analyst. This entry-level role is responsible for supporting all aspects of our secondary market trading activity, including trade processing, frequent periodic reporting, record keeping and management and other duties.No prior experience in finance, banking or trading is required as we will train and develop candidates as necessary. The key is your capacity and genuine interest in learning the position and the overall field of finance and investments.A strong work ethic and a bias towards consistency and attention to detail are critical for this role. Potential long-term opportunities for growth exist both within the group as well as elsewhere in the organization.This is an on-site (non-remote) position based at our Plano, TX headquarters location.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):Accurately input trade tickets in real time during periods of active tradingCompile complete trade packages from various data sources and platformsEnsure that all necessary trading authorizations and post-trade approvals are obtained on a timely basisSupport the Trade Desk as needed to ensure that all trades settle on timeProactively monitor unsettled trades for any issues and resolve as necessaryPerform various periodic processes and report generation activitiesOversee the management and organization of all files and data for the Trade Desk functionSupport the Trade Desk in daily trading activity as requiredAssist with any other duties as assigned by managerQualifications (Education, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):Bachelor's degree in business, financial or a quantitative-related field is strongly preferred0-3 years' experience working in a professional settingStrong Excel and Microsoft Office suite skillsExperience with BloombergStrong analytical quantitative and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with demonstrated attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and produce deliverablesAbility to maintain a high degree of focus in high-pressure environments and situationsBenefits options include:Medical, dental and vision coverage401K with company match11 paid holidaysAccrue up to 17 vacation/sick days per year in your first year on a pro rata basisApplicant may be eligible for annual discretionary bonusNo relocation assistance provided.If you are looking to be a part of a winning team and meet the above requirements, we look forward to hearing from you.Beal Bank USA and its affiliates are Equal Opportunity Employers.
