Our team is ever-growing, dedication is valued, potential is recognized, and ethical leadership is celebrated.ResponsibilitiesPlan events such as holiday events, and state memorial days, visits community places (Churches, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or Community Centers)Lead and develop a cooperative team environment that is respectful, communicative, accountable, and service-orientedDirect and lead funeral home operationsAchieve the location's annual case volume and revenue goals while ensuring that growth measures remain profitable by effectively managing expensesSelect, train, and motivate location staff to ensure delivery of service is above and beyond family expectationsCompensation: $75,000-85,000/yr.QualificationsLicensed Funeral Director or must be able to reciprocate5+ years of experience in related field2+ years of management or leadership experience, funeral profession preferredExcellent customer relations and actively looking for ways to help othersProfessional communication and effective leadership skillsWe are an equal-opportunity employer.
