divh2Arcade Attendant/h2p• Using all aspects of Family Style Service, the Arcade Attendant ensures a safe, fun-filled, and exciting environment for our Arcade guests. Provides change for Arcade guests and oversees the childrens area./ppPositions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment/pp$18.00 Per hour/ph2How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h2p• Provides excellent service by making change for Arcade guests./ppUses proper cash handling procedures for any assigned bank funds. Maintains accuracy while processing sale transactions and making change. Signs out, secures, utilizes, and returns bank funds according to policy./ppDevelops an excellent understanding of the games within the Arcade and the prize assortments. Uses that knowledge to answer guest questions and proactively offer information to guests to build relationships and maximize Arcade revenues./ppAddresses minor game and kiosk issues to avoid inconvenience and frustration for our Arcade guests. Reports unresolved issues to the Supervisor./ppBecomes knowledgeable regarding the kiosk operations as well as the Redemption POS operations to assist guests appropriately and accurately./ppActively monitors the Arcade to ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages. Reports any suspicious persons or activity to the Supervisor or Security immediately./ppMaintains a clean, safe, and fun area for the maximum enjoyment of our guests./ppCompletes any stock counts or other projects as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager./ppWorks with Supervisors to display and maintain Redemption counter according to established merchandising standards. Reports any stock or supplies needing replenishment./ppProvides accurate information regarding the property and the amenities it has to offer./ppCompletes other assignments as requested by management/ph2What You Will Need/h2pHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior customer service experience preferred./ppDemonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times. Smiling and eye contact are required./ppLiterate and fluent in English/ppAbility to perform basic math skills/ppAdheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures/ppRequires prolonged standing and mobility.
