Project Manager (Junior–Mid Level) – PMO / Delivery ExecutionOur client is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager to support a high-volume, factory-style delivery model focused on consistent, repeatable execution across multiple initiatives. This is a PMO and execution-driven role, emphasizing coordination, follow-through, tracking, and tool discipline rather than end-to-end strategy ownership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced, structured environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecution & CoordinationCoordinate day-to-day execution across multiple initiatives, workstreams, and delivery teamsTrack progress against commitments, validate updates, and maintain accurate status in internal toolsProactively follow up with application teams to ensure accountability to delivery milestonesDrive action items, dependencies, and timelines to keep workstreams moving forwardEscalate risks or missed commitments early with clear context and recommended next stepsPMO & GovernanceMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) with accuracy and disciplineTrack milestones, deliverables, and cross-team dependenciesPrepare status reports, dashboards, and leadership updatesSupport governance routines and control review processesTools & DocumentationManage Jira (epics, stories, workflows, and reporting) to support delivery trackingOwn Confluence documentation, including status pages, trackers, and runbooksEnsure all project artifacts are current, accurate, and audit-readyEnforce consistent templates, processes, and execution standardsCommunication & ReportingRun working sessions and execution checkpointsCapture decisions, actions, and risks clearly and conciselyCommunicate progress, blockers, and changes in a structured, timely mannerSupport leadership updates with clear, data-driven reportingRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Delivery OperationsHands-on experience with Jira and ConfluenceProven experience managing RAID logs, action trackers, and delivery commitmentsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with consistency and rigorStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting infrastructure or engineering programsFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid delivery modelsExperience in high-volume, repeatable delivery environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeDelivery commitments are met, or risks are proactively identified and escalatedTracking tools reflect accurate, real-time project statusRAID items are actively managed and resolvedLeadership has clear visibility into progress, risks, and dependenciesDelivery teams operate efficiently due to strong PMO structure and discipline
