As part of the senior management team, you will ensure the successful and timely delivery of complex, high-quality automation systems to clients while optimizing processes, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead operational teams to meet performance goals in manufacturing, supply chain, and service.Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and cost management.Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, Lean Manufacturing efforts, and ensure high-quality product delivery.Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to on-time delivery, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.Encourage a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.Qualifications:15+ years of leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.Strong business acumen and experience with complex engineered-to-order systems.Proven success in driving process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Bachelor s degree in engineering or business (MBA preferred).Excellent leadership, communication, and risk management skills.Senior Operations Executive Automation Systems
