Central Market (Austin North Lamar) Juice Production Rep - Full-Time

Production RepresentativeCentral Market is seeking a Production Representative with availability to include days, evenings, and weekends to handle the freshest, quality of ingredients. Assignments will vary dependent on Department in Store. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:Include mixing, shaping, baking, wrapping and stocking of productsEnsures quality control of all product before sending to sales floorMaintains sanitation in the departmentMaintains organization of back storage, freezer, walk-in and production areaReads and executes daily production listProvides customer service as required such as answering questions, taking orders on the phoneAssists in monitoring the quality of goods and monitors shrinkOrders and receives products and suppliesMaintains transfer recordsPreps, wraps, prices, sells, and stocks products continuouslyDemos, or prepares customer samples for self-serveProvides superlative customers serviceUses suggestive selling techniques to maximize salesThe responsibilities and essential functions outlined above describe the general nature and level of work assigned to this position.
