Group Account Director – Integrated Marketing Agency Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)We are partnering with a high‑growth, integrated marketing agency to hire a Group Account Director to lead strategic relationships with a portfolio of flagship clients. This is a senior client leadership role for someone who loves owning the relationship, shaping the commercial agenda, and orchestrating integrated teams to deliver work that genuinely moves the numbers.The opportunityAs Group Account Director, you will be the senior point of contact for key accounts, responsible for long‑term client health, revenue growth, and the quality of everything the agency delivers.You will work across brand, demand, and digital experience briefs, partnering with strategy, creative, media, and tech specialists to build programmes that turn complex customer journeys into measurable growth.You will join an ambitious, entrepreneurial leadership team and play a visible role in shaping how the agency evolves its proposition, ways of working, and use of AI‑enabled tools.What you’ll be doingAct as day‑to‑day and senior strategic lead for priority clients, building trusted, long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders.Develop account plans that connect client business objectives to integrated marketing programmes, identifying clear growth opportunities for both client and agency.Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of work across multiple projects, ensuring outputs meet strategic objectives, are on time, and are delivered to a consistently high standard.Provide direction and clarity for cross‑functional teams (strategy, creative, media, technology, project management), keeping everyone focused on the commercial outcome.Use data, insight, and approved AI tools to inform recommendations, monitor category shifts, and proactively bring opportunities and risks to clients.Own forecasting, budgets, SOWs, and profitability across your accounts; ensure engagements are structured, priced, and resourced to deliver strong financial performance.Lead key client meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions, confidently framing the narrative and guiding decision making at C‑suite and VP level.Partner with agency leadership on new business opportunities, including shaping responses, pitching, and onboarding new client relationships.Coach and mentor account and project management talent, creating clear ownership, structured development, and a culture of accountability and collaboration.What you’ll bring10+ years’ experience in client leadership roles within an advertising, integrated, or digital marketing agency.A track record of growing complex, high‑value client relationships while delivering commercially effective work.Strong grasp of marketing strategy, modern brand building, performance marketing, and the dynamics of longer, multi‑stakeholder buying journeys.Proven experience managing and motivating cross‑functional teams, often across multiple locations or time zones.Confident, polished communicator with the presence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders constructively.Solid commercial acumen with hands‑on experience of forecasting, scoping, and managing account P&L.Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment, balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.Package and how to applyBase salary: 145,000–165,000 USD, plus performance‑related bonus.Hybrid working with a strong in‑person leadership presence in Atlanta.To register your interest, please click the apply button below.
