Digital Imaging Associate
PurposeThe Digital Imaging Associate responsibilities are to prepare, compile, sort, and batch documents for data entry, according to work types and client specifications.SupervisionReports directly to Digital Imaging SupervisorResponsibilitiesPrepare documents according to job instructions per each client's specifications.Compiling, verifying, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entryEntering customer and account data from source documents within time limitsReviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking outputInsert customer and account data by inputting text based and numericalAbility to research and obtain further information for incomplete documentsFollow instructions and communicate with supervisor or trainer when appropriate to ensure customer expectations are met.Typing speed of 40 to 60 WPM with 98% accuracy required.Maintain a log of completed work.Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines.Maintain levels of productivity and quality based on department standards.Ability to balance several projects at one timePicking up and delivering documents to clients while maintaining exemplary customer relationsEnsure customer satisfaction prior to leaving and provide them a bridge to the proper person within the company should there be a situation that needs to be addressed. Always leave customer location the way you found it.Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.Job Related DimensionsScanner/Copier industry experience preferredLaserFiche experience highly preferredTeam player, exceptional communication skills, strong business work ethic, positive attitude and professional manner, very organizedAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and form business relationships with both internal and external customersStrong attention to detailStrong communication skills – both verbal and writtenMaintain high levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly, professional and positive attitudeProficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, Powerpoint)QualificationsProven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry OperatorTyping speed and accuracyPrior experience in production print/imaging facility or similar environment a plusHigh School Diploma or GED.Clear communication skills, written and verbalGood time management skills, extremely detail oriented and a desire to work in a team environmentPhysical Demands & Work EnvironmentAbility to sit/stand at desk for prolonged periods of time.Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per weekHigh levels of repetitive motion dailyAbility to lift, push, pull; 50 to 100 lbs.UBEO offers a competitive compensation package.
