Oversees the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly forecasting activities, delivering clear financial insights that support strategic decision-making. Maintains and analyzes key business performance metrics while acting as a trusted advisor to operational leadership to drive efficiencies, strengthen financial discipline, and support continuous improvement across the organization.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for monthly reporting to Senior Management in the Division and Corporate ManagementEnsures corporate policies are properly adhered toSupports operational business and ensures ERP processes and transactions are followed and transacted properlyContact person for the year-end auditCorrect valuation of raw materials, finished goods and work-in-progress inventories in ERP as well as development and rollout of overhead allocation methodologyManaging cash flow and NWCReporting the profitability of products/ordersCost and MFG variance analysisSupport and provide analysis to the projects team for compiling customer quotes and evaluating feasibility as well as participation in higher-level projectsConducting variance and ad hoc analysesClose cooperation with the regions as well as advising those responsible for operationsEvaluation and implementation of ERP systemsAct as business advisor to the operations teamKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, business administration or equivalent educational background5+ years of experience in a similar role in comparable industryExperience in a Manufacturing and inventory operations environment strongly preferredPreferred SkillsExperience with ERP systems including configuration and implementationExperience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of MS Office Suite and SQLKnowledge of ERP data tables and using query tools such as Power BI to compile and aggregate data
