This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with an organization focused on a transformative path towards social change, creating pathways for rehabilitation, reintegration, and redemption.What You’ll DoAs an ARNP on our Behavioral Health team, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based medical and psychiatric care for clients on their recovery journey.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic interviews, and medication managementLead treatment planning and provide clinical guidance to staffPrescribe and monitor medications, including Suboxone (Buprenorphine)Track progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure continuity of careDocument using standard DSM-5/ICD-10 coding and maintain accurate medical chartsYou’ll have clinical autonomy while collaborating with a skilled, mission-driven team dedicated to helping individuals achieve stability and wellness.What You’ll bringActive WA state ARNP license in good standing.CPR CertificationExperience providing medical services.2 years’ experience working with persons of color, sexual minorities and vulnerable population.Preferably You’ll bringExperience treating adult and older adult populations strongly preferred.3 years’ experience as a Medical or Psychiatric provider for crisis and detox programsWhat We OfferAt Pioneer, our employees are important.
