Client Sales Representative

Client Sales Representative Job Overview JM5 is looking for a motivated *Client Sales Representative* to join our growing business-to-business sales team. In this role, you’ll work directly with small and medium-sized businesses to understand their needs and introduce telecommunications products and services that can support their day-to-day operations. This is an *in-person B2B sales position* that combines relationship building, customer acquisition, and account support. You’ll receive hands-on training to develop your communication, sales, and business development skills. What You'll Do * Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers * Learn about each business's current needs and recommend appropriate products and services * Present telecommunications solutions, including wireless, internet, and business services * Build professional relationships with prospective and existing business customers * Explain product features, pricing, and service options clearly and accurately * Assist qualified customers through the sales and enrollment process * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity * Follow up with business customers as needed to provide a positive experience * Participate in ongoing product, sales, and professional development training * Work toward individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional and comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn * Goal-oriented and able to work effectively in a team environment * Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations and follow-ups * Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another people-focused role is helpful but not required * Ability to work in person and engage with businesses throughout the assigned market Why JM5?
