Duties include operating a flat-top grill, steamer, and fryer while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards. Schedules will vary based on stadium events, with most shifts beginning around 3:00 PM, though earlier start times may be required for day games. Shifts are generally 5-8 hours but may extend longer depending on game length or doubleheaders. The season runs through the end of August.
