Berman Voss is seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of experience for its growing workers' compensation department.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid or remote role for a New Jersey Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney at Berman Voss. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal issues involving all areas of workers' compensation law. The day-to-day tasks will include independently handling and managing a case load, attending court hearings, as well as reviewing discovery and medical records.
