South Carolina Licensed Medical Case Manager
A company is looking for a Telephonic Medical Case Manager (Workers' Compensation).
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide telephonic outreach for assessment and follow-up for case communication and coordination
Conduct and document initial assessments, maintaining regular contact with all parties involved
Coordinate contact with providers, claimants, and claims examiners to facilitate timely return to work datesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationThree or more years of diverse clinical experience in caring for acutely ill patients
Three or more years of Managed Care and/or Workers' Compensation experience
Current, unrestricted RN license required
Diploma, associate or bachelor's degree in nursing, or a Master's level in a related field preferred
CCM, CPDM, COHN, or CDMS certification preferred
