Executive Assistant to Partner

EA to Partner of Sports Private Equity DivisionA leading global alternative asset management firm with over $100B in assets under management and deep expertise across private equity, real estate, credit, and impact investing is looking for an EA to supporting one of their Partners within their newly created Sports division.This role is in office 3 days/week remote 2 days but requires flexibility when needed.They offer salary + OT + Bonus , amazing medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k with a match, parental leave, and additional perksThis is an incredible opportunity to serve as a critical asset to the Partner and growing team, helping to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and enabling the Partner to focus on investing and building this division. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, charisma and personality, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide high-level administrative support to a small team of senior investment professionalsManage complex calendars, including scheduling across time zones and coordinating internal and external meetingsHandle travel arrangements (domestic and international), including itineraries, visas, and expense reconciliationPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations as neededPlan events, dinners, outings, and act as the face of the team at times liaising with investors, clients, athletes, executives and more.OperationalProcess expenses and invoices accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain confidential files and records with the highest level of discretionAssist with onboarding new team members and coordinating team eventsPartner with other EAs and internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth operationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree required3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, in private equity, investment banking, asset management, or another fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailProven ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressureHigh level of professionalism, integrity, and discretionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityPersonal AttributesAnticipates needs and thinks several steps aheadComfortable working with senior executives and handling sensitive informationTeam-oriented, adaptable, and resourcefulPolished, confident, and service-mindedThis is an opportunity to work alongside a world-class team at one of the most respected firms in the industry.
