The client is looking for a Lead Project Manager.ObjectivesTransform the current web landscape into a unified, cloud-based platform leveraging a decoupled frontend and backend (headless architecture), improving speed, flexibility, and user experience, while supporting global scalability.Integration Layer (AI, DAM, Personalization) – enable future ecosystemIT Hub Enablement & Decentralized Development – scale delivery via IT Hub and empower BAsFaster Time-to-Market – quicker, more cost-efficient revamps and onboardingCustomer Experience Foundations – readiness for login, personalized journeysCost Optimization – reduced run costs and improved efficiencyResponsibilitiesOwn the end‑to‑end success of the AEMaaCS migration program by setting strategic direction, governing delivery across stages, Managing dependencies with business and IT stakeholders, and ensuring that the platform becomes scalable, supportable, and adopted by the business.Define and own the program roadmap, scope boundaries, milestones, and success criteria across all three stages.Act as the single accountable owner for delivery outcomes (time, quality, value realization).Govern collaboration between: Managed Service Provider (project manager & delivery team), Web Platform Team, Business AreasEnsure foundations are future‑proof (AEMaaCS best practices, EDS alignment, DevOps, cloud security).Oversee budget, resourcing, risk, and dependency management.Drive standardization and industrialization for large‑scale migration in stage 3.Own executive reporting and steering committee communication.Required CompetenciesSenior program management experience (multi‑vendor, multi‑site programs)Strong understanding of AEMaaCS / Cloud‑first delivery in combination with custom and 3rd party APIs and microservicesExperience with platform migrations and operating model changesExcellent stakeholder and decision‑making skillsExperience with Agile scrum and hybrid delivery modelsExperience with Organization Change ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesFoundationsPlatform foundations delivered on time and approved by architecture & securityDelivery governance model defined and adoptedDevOps and release processes operational before dev onboardingClear scope & success criteria validated by steering committee for phase 2 and phase 3PilotScope delivered within agreed timeline and budgetReusable components/templates coverage(% reused vs custom)Architectural compliance with AEMaaCS & EDS standardsReduction of workflow logic moved to Azure microservices vs legacyIndustrialized migrationAverage migration throughput (sites/month) meets targetCost per migrated site decreases vs pilotPlatform stability metrics (incidents, rollbacks)Business satisfaction score across migrated sitesLanguagesEnglish: active knowledgeLocationRemote (within Europe)
