Responsibilities: Being a Taziki's Ambassador for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture Being a liaison between the restaurant(s) and the community Driving catering sales by continuous interactions with previous customers and performing many face to face visits with future and current customers Being knowledgeable of the menu and the health benefits it offers Conducting food drops to local businesses, charities and schools weekly Having and sharing full standard and catering menu knowledge Coordinating food shows, and attending catering and goodwill events Representing brand culture and identity, displaying proper etiquette Demonstrating a professional attitude and respect for your coworkers, establishment, and the Taziki's brand Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field 2-3 years of sales experience desired, but not required Must have and maintain a clean driving record Extensive knowledge of Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software programs Motivated, self-initiated and team oriented Detail oriented and self-disciplined Highly responsible and dependable Excellent leadership, guest service, both verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Ability to earn trust and build solid relationships Adhering to all company policies and procedures Your Working Conditions / Hours: Flexible schedule Occasional nights and weekends for events Averages 40 hours per week Local travel is required Regional/ national travel may be involved periodically Your Physical Requirements: Sit Walk Standing Carrying/ Lifting Taziki's is an Equal Opportunity Employer Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Taziki's Caf is a fast-casual restaurant brand with 94 locations in 17 states.
