About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable, pet-oriented team member to join our guest care and dog handling crew. While there’s a touch of customer service involved, the majority of your time will be spent one-on-one with our canine guests—providing care, playtime, and plenty of affection. What You’ll Do: Engage with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels Feed, clean, and care for boarding or daycare dogs Monitor dog behavior and ensure a safe play environment Light cleaning and facility upkeep (yes, it gets a little dirty sometimes!) Greet pet parents and provide updates or answer basic questions What We’re Looking For: A fun, upbeat, and dependable personality Someone who truly loves dogs and isn’t afraid of getting a little muddy Physically able to be on your feet, lift 30–50 lbs, and move around easily Comfort around all dog breeds and behaviors Team player with great communication skills Previous experience with animals is a bonus but not required—we’ll train the right person!
