Math Teacher - Alternative Learning

Our Math Teacher will provide instruction in a milieu-based program while providing educational and mental health support to our students in middle and high school.
Develop and deliver classroom and field-based curriculum utilizing a variety of mediums to include technology, project-based learning, differentiated instruction, and the concepts of universal designs for learning.
Collaborate with other team members to meet the academic and treatment needs of our students.
Requirements
College Education with focus on Mathematics
Valid VT teaching certification/license in Mathematics preferred (or pursuing licensure)
Two years' experience working with youth (middle-high school)
Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
Regular access to reliable, registered, inspected, insured vehicle
Must pass background checks
