Reports to: Marketing Lead / Owners of Strat MediaAbout Strat MediaStrat Media is a Vancouver-based marketing agency specializing in social media strategy, paid advertising, and content production for growing brands.Role OverviewWe're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketer with experience in Meta Advertising and content creation. This role will involve creating and editing short form video and image advertisements with the help of AI tools. This process includes prompt generation, script writing, and video editing for short form ads. You will also be responsible for creating and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.You'll collaborate in-person with a small team of media buyers to produce and manage content for a variety of marketing campaigns.What You'll DoGenerate, edit and launch short-form video ads (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)Strategize, Create, and manage Meta Ad CampaignsTrack performance metrics using a CRM and make adjustments where necessaryStay current on social media trends, editing/AI tools, and best practicesWork within a team of marketers to share information on market trends and optimizationsWhat We're Looking ForFamiliarity with AI tools and prompting for content or ad generationStrong written communication and organizational skillsEagerness to collaborate in-office and meet performance objectivesDriven to learn new skills and adapt to market trendsExperience with Social Media content generationPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with AI tools and Ad analytics (Meta Ad Reporting, Meta Ad Library, Sora, Veo)Basic media buying experience (Primarily Meta Ads.
