This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PeopleSoft applications, including customizations, enhancements, and integrations that support business and technical requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing functional specifications, creating and modifying Component Interfaces, implementing and troubleshooting integrations, and providing production support for PeopleSoft environments. The developer will collaborate with analysts, administrators, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize system performance, and ensure stable, secure operation of PeopleSoft modules. The role also involves documenting technical solutions, adhering to development standards, and participating in testing and deployment activities.Qualifications Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft development, including hands-on experience with PeopleSoft tools and application configuration.Experience working with Component Interface and Integration to connect PeopleSoft with internal and external systems.Demonstrated analytical skills for troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.Background in production support, including monitoring, issue resolution, and performance tuning of PeopleSoft environments.Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and reporting tools commonly used with PeopleSoft.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) practices, version control, and change management processes.Familiarity with HR, finance, or other enterprise business processes supported by PeopleSoft is beneficial.
