Experienced Cell Phone & Electronics Repair Technician

Job Description QuickFix Wireless is a fast-growing local electronics repair shop in Oakland, CA. We specialize in same-day repairs for phones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles including PlayStation and Xbox.This is a busy walk-in repair shop with consistent daily customers.We are looking for a reliable and motivated technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, in-store position working directly with customers and devices.Responsibilities:• Diagnose and repair smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel)• Perform screen, battery, charging port, and other common repairs• Handle gaming console repairs (HDMI ports, cleaning, overheating issues)• Communicate with customers about device issues and repair options• Maintain a clean and organized workspaceRequirements:• Experience in phone or electronics repair required• Basic troubleshooting skills• Good communication and customer service• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have:• Experience with micro-soldering• Experience repairing consoles (PS5, Xbox Series X, etc.)Work Schedule Example:• Thursday & Friday: 12PM – 7PM• Saturday: 9AM – 7PM• Sunday: 9AM – 5PM• Monday: 10AM – 7PMWalk-ins are a big part of our business, so being comfortable with customers is important.Opportunity to earn additional income through commission on repairs and sales.Applicants without prior phone or electronics repair experience will not be considered.Company DescriptionQuickFix Wireless is a trusted local electronics repair shop in Oakland, CA specializing in same-day repairs for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles.
