Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos to educate and excite customers Assist customers with selecting devices, plans, accessories, and services that best fit their lifestyles Perform upselling by recommending additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales Manage merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive and organized store environment Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote or inbound inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably in a wireless phone sales role Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities Knowledge of POS systems, merchandising, stocking, and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management Familiarity with cashiering procedures, cash handling, and basic math skills for daily operations Exceptional phone etiquette skills for professional remote interactions in a fast-paced setting Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels success!
