The LCSW works collaboratively with the patients to improve their health and social outcomes.A Licensed Clinical Social Worker enhances the reputation of AHF by serving as a part of a multidisciplinary medical treatment team approach providing a patient with comprehensive care experience. The LCSW can help patients optimize their quality of life through the use of psychosocial assessments, treatment plans and individual as well as group therapy.
