Role Overview:
As the Marketing Coordinator , you will lead all marketing efforts, focusing on both internal and external community engagement. This role is essential in developing and executing initiatives that enhance our brand presence, connect us to our community, and solidify our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Directives:
Develop and implement strategies that build meaningful connections within the community.
Lead community outreach programs including partnerships, sponsorships, and events to increase brand visibility and foster goodwill.
Identify and engage in networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the company’s reach.
Internal Directives:
Coordinate internal marketing communications that align with company culture and goals.
Plan and coordinate employee-focused events that enhance the company culture.
Be a culture champion by communicating and broadcasting the brand mission and values across various channels.
Social Media and Digital Content:
Create, manage, and optimize content across all social media platforms to drive engagement and growth.
Plan and execute digital content strategies including videos, blogs, and graphics that resonate with our audience.
Monitor and manage brand reputation by responding publicly to customer feedback and reviews.
Video Production:
Oversee the production of high-quality video content to promote our services and showcase the company’s culture.
Shoot and edit social media content to align with current trends and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
A highly motivated, creative individual with 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, and social media strategy.
Expertise in content creation, email marketing, and social media management.
Proficiency in video production and graphic design is highly preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Organized, proactive, and able to toggle between creative and analytical mindsets.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ready to take marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
Passion for connecting with communities and building long-term relationships through innovative strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience in video production, graphic design, and social media management is a strong advantage.
Impeccable attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices.
