Quant Researcher/Software Engineer

Our client is a leading fund seeking talented individuals with a strong academic record in their Paris office as a Quant Developer/Researcher. If you've graduated from a top-tier engineering university in computer science in the last few years and have an interest in how AI/ML applies to the finance industry then this role is for you! In this exciting new role you will be applying the knowledge you learned in a brand new project whilst collaborating with Quant Researchers and Quant Technologists. You'll tackle complex quantitative problems with your expertise in Python and AI/ML and build out new models that will have a real-world impact. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with team and Paris-based Quant researchers and Technical experts.Apply machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to solve complex problems.Develop and implement quantitative models using Python.Contribute to the success of new projects from inception to completion.Requirements:Bachelor's degree with a focus on Computer Science/EngineeringInternships with a focus on AI and/or ML as well as Software Engineering1-3 years of work experience in a technical role Attended a top-tier engineering universityAbility to speak fluent FrenchStrong proficiency in Python
