Cleaning Technician

Chester, PA Part Time Janitorial Position Schedule 5pm-11pm Sunday-Friday Flexible Saturday and Sunday Responsibilities: Cleaning multiple buildings at the same site Employee effectively managing their time Responsibly prioritizing tasks, and completing all tasks Recording tasks in book at end of shift Organizing supplies, equipment and janitorial closets/storage Stocking and reordering supplies at the on-site shop Problem solving Good communication skills, and timely notification to management of any issues arising on site of effecting the site Reporting to supervisor/manager Completing daily/weekly reports on tasks completed and sending them to management Honest and trustworthy Determined and hardworking Flexibility and willingness to adjust tasks and duties as required by management Reliable transportation to work Experience or willingness to learn the following equipment: Walk behind floor scrubber Carpet extractor Buffer (stripping and waxing floors) Polisher (shine floors) Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
