Operations Production Support (1st & 2nd shifts)

Opening its doors over 45 years ago, FSSI is a leading document outsourcing company servicing Fortune 500 companies in the financial, banking, insurance and billing industries across the U.S.FSSI East is currently looking for an Operations Support (1st and 2nd shifts available) to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations while serving as the primary driver for daily deliveries. Major duties include preparing pallets and shipments for pickup, driving company vehicles for mail and material transport, and assisting with warehouse and building upkeep as needed. This position may also serve as a backup for warehouse duties, including forklift operation, when required.Full-time Schedules:1st shift: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Eastern time)2nd shift: Mon-Fri, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (Eastern time)Overtime is scheduled as needed, and could require coming in earlier, staying later, and working weekend shifts during high-volume production cycles. JOB DUTIES:Assist or provide coverage in Mailing, Custom Insert, Digital Printing Services, and Quality Assurance. These departments will require successful and accurate operation of large printing and mailing equipmentMoving stock from warehouse to assigned locationWarehouse Shipping and ReceivingTravel to and from Post Office to deliver mailDaily Production/Warehouse cleanupAssist with Inventory cycle countsCopying and scanning of documentationFollow company policies and safety regulationsReport unsafe facility and vehicle issues to managementPerform other duties as assigned dependent on the changing needs of the organizationFlexibility in work schedule, and frequently working 10 or more hours per day, is required on a recurring basisRequirementsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GED preferred1+ years driving experience without moving violations or safety concernsForklift experience preferred. Training will be providedMust be well organized and have strong time management skillsMust handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordinglyPhysical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and/or fingers to grasp, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear; stand, walk, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift/move up to 40 pounds independently. Specific vision required by this job include close, distant, and peripheral vision, and focus adjustments.
