Associate Software Engineer (Full Stack – CRM Application)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team and help build a modern CRM application. You will work across the stack, contributing to both frontend and backend development, and collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable features for a CRM platform across frontend and backend systems
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and TypeScript
Design and implement RESTful APIs using Node.js and/or Python
Work with SQL databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Troubleshoot issues and improve application performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of professional experience in software development
Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript
Experience with Node.js and/or Python for backend development
Solid understanding of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Familiarity with REST APIs and client-server architecture
Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills (Optional)
Experience with TanStack (React Query)
Familiarity with Redux or other state management libraries
Experience using Material UI (MUI) or similar component libraries
Knowledge of Prisma ORM
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
