Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this role* Deliver compassionate nursing care in alignment with organizational standards to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality, and evidence-based treatment.* Collaborate with the care team by communicating vital health observations to Registered Nurses, ensuring a seamless and responsive journey for the patient.* Execute medical orders with precision to drive positive clinical outcomes and maintain the integrity of the patient's personalized care plan.* Monitor and document patient progress to provide a clear, accurate narrative of their recovery and alert the team to any critical changes in real-time.* Master clinical judgment by participating in professional transition programs, turning your hands-on experience into the advanced critical thinking skills needed for a long-term nursing career.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:* BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
