At JARS Cannabis, we're seeking an experienced Junior Graphic Designer with a strong creative flair and an eagerness to help shape the future of our brand.We're looking for individuals with prior experience in graphic design , preferably within the cannabis industry . This is an in-person role only , with no remote option available. Candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule , including evenings and weekends when needed.What You'll DoDesign daily deals graphics for emails, texts, and digital adsManage and update digital screen content across retail locationsDevelop promotional visuals for in-store TVs, ATMs, and online platformsCollaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to lifeRequirementsMinimum of 21 years oldEligible to obtain and hold a Facility Agent CardStrong design experience, preferably in the cannabis industryProficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Ability to stand for long periods during events and lift 50+ lbsEffective project management, time management, and collaboration skillsMust be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights or weekends when necessaryWhat You'll GainMentorship from seasoned design professionalsHands-on experience across a variety of creative projectsAn opportunity to shape a rapidly growing brand's creative identityJARS Cannabis is an equal opportunity employer.
