A well-established, not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle area is actively seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative primary care team. This is a team-based, patient-centered practice serving a diverse patient population, supported by strong system-wide clinical resources and specialist access. The organization participates in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.Position Overview • Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan in an outpatient settingPerform physical exams, preventive health screenings, and chronic disease managementDiagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditionsOrder and interpret laboratory tests and diagnostic studiesPrescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plansCollaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teamsProvide patient education focused on prevention, wellness, and lifestyle modificationParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programsQualifications • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Washington State or eligible for licensureBoard Certified as Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)Active/Eligible DEA registrationPrimary care experience preferred; strong new graduates welcome to applyAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based settingCompensation is open to discussion and commensurate with experience.
