Key Responsibilities Coordinate and obtain required information from applicants, agents, and vendors for underwriting decisions Communicate status updates and resolve outstanding requirements through professional interactions Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in the life insurance industry or carrier operations High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred Strong computer proficiency and data entry accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems
