Required Experience: Knowledge of medical records management is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and patient information. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are important. Basic math skills necessary for billing and reconciliation tasks. Key Responsibilities: Scan all negotiations, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from mail, and insurance correspondence daily to maintain up-to-date records. Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail each day. Review and scan daily billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Perform other daily office duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
