Job Title: Technical Product Owner – HRIS Data Platform IntegrationLocation: Remote (Occasional travel required – 2–4 times/year)Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ESTContract: 4-5 MonthsRole Overview:Work closely with engineering teams on API integrations, data pipelines, and event-driven systemsTranslate product vision into actionable backlog itemsDefine and manage technical user storiesEnsure alignment with data flow, architecture, and system integrationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentKey Requirements:Experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a technical environmentStrong exposure to APIs, data pipelines, or integration projectsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum practicesExperience with enterprise systems (HRIS platforms like Workday/ADP is a plus)Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and tools like Jira/Confluence
