As a team we strive every day to nurture growth and recovery by caring for each other, our clients, and our future.Job Description:Admissions SpecialistAccurately and efficiently complete telephone inquiry calls in SalesforceTimely complete client screening assessments, coordinating assessment of insurance benefits eligibility as neededEnter critical data into electronic medical records prior to admission, obtaining any necessary mental health and medical recordsFollow-up with internal stakeholders to determine therapeutic, medical, and financial appropriateness of admissionRe-engage with initial inquiries to establish relationships and connect callers to appropriate resourcesIntroduce prospective clients and families to the Sage Ridge AllHealth Network experience through tours and staff connectionsSchedule admissions, complete required paperwork, and obtain necessary signaturesParticipate in and promote a positive, supportive, and cooperative team environmentSupport Business Development efforts by accurately reporting referral sourceCollaborate with Nursing team members to ensure client safety during the admissions processAdhere to confidentiality laws including 42CFR Part 2, HIPAA and HITECHFollow all AllHealth Network policies and proceduresComplete all required training as listed in Relias Learning (both online training and face-to-face training) within required timelinesPerform other duties as required within the scope of the position and the experience, education and ability of the employeeQualifications:High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education requirements.CAT certification or NADAAC equivalent is preferredCPR/First Aid Certification (within 30 days of hire)Six months of previous work experience in substance use disorder field is preferredFamiliarity with mental health services and basic medical insurance concepts is advantageousAllHealth Network does not employ former or current clients or family members of clients receiving treatment at any AllHealth Network facilities.Skills/Knowledge:Ability to relate with detachment and empathy to clients and families.Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products in a Windows environment.Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.Skilled in effectively building rapport through telephone and email.Basic knowledge of treatment modalities.Initiative to learn program enhancements and new approaches to treatment.Personal maturity reflected by sound judgment and decision-making abilities.Skilled in managing volumes of detailed information.Proficient in thoroughly collecting and accurately entering data.Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural diversity issues.Authentic commitment to AllHealth's mission and vision, actively working to further organizational objectivesMust have valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record if driving AllHealth Network vehicle or driving for AllHealth Network businessIf recovering from a substance use disorder, one year of continuous sobriety is requiredShift/Location:Full-time positionWatkins, COPay Rate:$23 - $25 an hourThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
