Key Responsibilities Set the strategic direction for enterprise planning and manage ongoing corporate governance forums Define and lead the enterprise strategy for Business Process Architecture and establish governance for process standards Set the enterprise strategy for change management and guide executive decision-making on change implications Required Qualifications Significant experience in strategic planning and change management Expertise in process modeling, optimization, and performance improvement methodologies Deep financial literacy and ability to connect strategic initiatives to financial results Proficiency in enterprise planning, modeling, and process architecture tools Ability to influence and negotiate with senior executives across the enterprise
