Based out of Highlands Ranch, CO or Sunnyvale, CA you will support the execution efforts across multiple sites and programs. For your assigned component, you will interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management and will brief senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which will reflect the accurate and detailed contractual scope and resources to execute the program. To be successful you will need to be a self‑motivated planner who wants to mentor peers, contribute to team training, and work independently and as part of a community of planners, who delivers compliant solutions on time.Summary of key duties: In this role, you will...Lead development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring integration between the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule (PSMS) and supplemental schedulesLead the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning productsSupport the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycleIdentify Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actionsLead planning support to Production Operations and Master Program Scheduler as part of monthly management rhythms; Ensure schedule accuracyPerform schedule integrity checksGenerate and deliver IMS reports and metricsPresent schedule-related information to internal and external customersEnsure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practicesSupporting proposal submittal and execution schedule development to meet established plans and parameters to include SOW, CWBS, and IMP traces to tasks#LMSpaceProgramPlannersBasic QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of professional program planning experienceExpert with developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS) for contract actions and requests for proposalsExperienced with DCMA and/or System Description compliant baseline change control practices and adjudicating DCMA Data Driven MetricsExpert with Microsoft Project, Open Plan or comparable scheduling tool and Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)Expert with depicting and explain with authority, program schedule or network paths, as a Gantt or network chart for an executive level. Full knowledge of how to perform typical schedule integrity checks and critical path analysisHighly skilled with Microsoft Office productsMust be a United State citizen and be able to obtain a Top Secret Security clearanceDesired SkillsActive Top Secret security clearance4+ years of professional program planning experienceWorking knowledge of ANSI/EIA - 748 (EVMS Guidelines)Expert with government reviews, internal and external audits and Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillanceExpert with resource loaded IMS and baseline change controlExpert knowledge of Lockheed Martin Program Performance Management ProcessStrong influencing and relationship management skills, building an inclusive cultureStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective internal relationshipsStrong ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated teamExpert ability to organize planning, cost and CAMs to meet a goal on a tight timeline examples rolling waves, wall walks and what if analysisSelf-motivated to continue to learn and evolve your planning “toolbox”, to mentor other planners. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
