Insurance SpecialistThe Auto Club is seeking a goal oriented, customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to the Auto Club's insurance agents and members in our branch offices. Training: Our comprehensive and employee centric training facilities provide training programs to help employees acquire various skills necessary to do their jobs and to support career development. Responsibilities Include: Maintenance and servicing of insurance policies Verifying new business applications Processing insurance and membership payments Updating electronic member information Maintaining filing systems and typing Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships. The starting pay range for this position is $20.92 $23.01 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon your team and individual performance.
