This position reports to a local Service Manager.ResponsibilitiesControl parts distribution to mechanics and techniciansCoordinate part ordersMaintain parts list and repair orders (ensure parts are charged out)Stock part shelvesMaintain a clean and organized parts roomResponsible for entering all invoices (i.e. parts / outside repairs)Coordinate parts returns with the Warranty DepartmentTrack all EZ-Pass and QualcommsPhone dutiesHandling DVCR from driversAssist Service Manager with scheduling workControl inventory of parts, tires Repair Order and Invoice Data entryOther duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School Degree or GED requiredExcel, Word KnowledgeComputer Data Entry SkillsAbility to obtain Forklift CertificationMust be able to lift 75 lbsWe are excited to share the base hourly rate for this position is $20.60HOUR- $27.47/HOUR.
