Facilities Maintenance Technician

Momentum Hospitality Group is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our growing restaurant and real estate portfolio with routine maintenance and repair services. If you're a problem-solver with a knack for fixing things and take pride in keeping spaces running smoothly, wed love to hear from you.What Youll Do:Youll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure our restaurants are safe, functional, and looking their best. From plumbing and electrical to HVAC and commercial refrigeration, youll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and fixing issues as they arise. You will be given a company van and complete set of tools to use while on the job.Key Responsibilities:Repair and maintain restaurant buildings, fixtures, and equipment across multiple locationsInspect and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and commercial refrigeration systemsPerform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and equipment checksConduct preventive maintenance to avoid costly breakdownsInstall and replace light fixtures, plumbing components, and small appliancesMaintain accurate records of work completed and materials usedEnsure compliance with health, safety, and building regulationsRespond to emergency maintenance requests when neededWhat Were Looking For:3+ years of general maintenance experience (restaurant or hospitality setting preferred)Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentryExperience with commercial refrigeration systems is highly preferredStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independentlyReliable, organized, and self-motivatedValid drivers license and reliable transportationPerks & Benefits:Company van for work-related travelComplete set of tools and equipment provided on vanFlexible scheduling and autonomy on the jobOpportunities for advancement across a dynamic hospitlaity groupCompetitive hourly rate based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid time offSchedule:10 hour shiftEvenings as neededOn callWeekends as neededWork Location: multi-sites in New JerseyRequired qualifications:Legally authorized to work in the United StatesPreferred qualifications:21+ years or older
