CORE Program Supervisor

*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated CORE Program Supervisor to lead and oversee our core social services programs. This vital role involves managing staff, developing program initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and community partners. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, a passion for social service work, and extensive experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and underserved communities. This is a part time (10-25 hours/weekly) position, with a possibility to extend into a full time in the future. *Duties and Responsibilities* * Serve as a day-to-day resource and point of support for CORE team members. * Provide guidance and case consultation to staff regarding client needs and service delivery. * Assist staff with complex cases, client engagement challenges, and service coordination. * Facilitate or participate in regular team meetings and case review meetings. * Support the Program Director with day-to-day program coordination. * Review client documentation for completeness, accuracy, and quality. * Help staff maintain timely and accurate service documentation. * Monitor client engagement and follow up on identified service barriers. * Support staff in developing and implementing person-centered service goals. * Promote recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices. * Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of CORE staff. * Provide informal coaching and feedback to frontline team members. * Escalate clinical, operational, staffing, or client concerns to program leadership when appropriate. * Collaborate with care managers, providers, families, and community partners as appropriate. * Assist with tracking program activities, service delivery, and client outcomes. * Support quality assurance and continuous improvement activities. * Help ensure staff follow organizational policies and CORE program requirements. * Participate in audits, program reviews, and documentation improvement activities as requested. * Provide direct client services or community-based support as appropriate to the position and professional license. * Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality. * Perform other duties as assigned by the CORE Program Manager/Director. *Required Experience/Skills* * Must hold a current New York State Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license and registration. * A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required. * Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, or co-occurring behavioral health needs is required. * Experience providing community-based behavioral health or social services is strongly preferred. * Experience in CORE or similar community-based behavioral health programming is preferred. * Prior experience serving as a lead, senior staff member, or informal team leader is preferred. * Knowledge of person-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed practices is required. * Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required. * Ability to provide guidance, coaching, and constructive feedback to frontline staff is required. * Ability to review and assess the quality of service documentation is required. * Ability to work collaboratively with program leadership and external service providers is required. * Experience with electronic health records is preferred. * Must be comfortable working in community-based settings. * Must maintain all required professional licensing and credentials.
