An established health system, affiliated with a well-recognized university in Texas, seeks a BE/BC Gastroenterology Physician to join its thriving team. Opportunity Highlights Customize your practice with flexible Traditional or Hospitalist settings, including a block schedule allowing time to travel or spend with family Competitive base salary starting at $720K for general GI, $770K for those performing ERCP, plus wRVU incentives and quality bonuses pushing total earnings past $1 million Signing bonus of $50,000 and relocation bonus of $10,000, plus excellent benefits including 6 weeks of PTO Opportunity to perform ERCP with access to advanced facilities; the hospital is willing to invest in EUS equipment for qualified candidates Work in a well-rounded practice supported by two experienced Gastroenterologists, mid-level providers, and administrative staff GI providers see 25–30 clinic patients per day and perform 6–10 scopes daily during procedures Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified Gastroenterology Physician (BE/BC). Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary of $720,000.00–$770,000.00 per year with potential earnings exceeding $1 million. Signing bonus $50,000 and relocation bonus $10,000.
