Role Description This is a full-time on-site Sales Coordinator role located in Atlanta, GA. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting the sales team by managing daily operations, coordinating client communications, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries. You will create reports, maintain customer records, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer needs while strengthening relationships with new and existing clients. Qualifications Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyEffective communication skills, including email correspondence, phone etiquette, and relationship buildingProficiency in using software tools for data entry, customer relationship management (CRM), and report generationProblem-solving skills with the ability to address client inquiries and resolve issues promptlyExperience in sales, customer service, or coordination roles is highly regardedFamiliarity with wholesale, retail, or food service markets is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
