Entry Level Representative
Our client, a rapidly growing technology and telecommunications marketing firm in Tacoma, WA, is actively hiring for a full-time Entry Level Representative to support retail customer acquisition and brand expansion efforts.
This is a W-2, full-time position working in retail locations and event-based environments, representing leading telecommunications services. Candidates must be available to work retail hours, including at least one weekend day.

Compensation & Schedule
W-2 employment (not contract or commission-only)
Weekly base pay + uncapped commission
Average weekly earnings: $850 – $900
Paid training provided
Full-time schedule (40+ hours per week)
Retail hours, including evenings and weekends (no late nights beyond store hours)
Key Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers inside retail locations to promote telecommunications and wireless solutions
Educate customers on available products, including mobile plans, internet services, and device upgrades
Generate new customer accounts and complete enrollments through a face-to-face sales process
Guide customers through the full onboarding process, including account setup and product selection
Maintain accurate records using POS systems and internal software
Assist with merchandising, branding, and maintaining a professional retail presence
Attend daily team meetings focused on performance, product knowledge, and sales strategy
Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet and exceed weekly goals
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently approach and assist customers
Comfortable working on your feet and in a fast-paced retail environment
Basic proficiency with technology, POS systems, and mobile devices
High school diploma or GED required
Reliable transportation for local travel between retail locations if needed
Must be available to work weekends
